Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which allows you to return your item within 30 days of receiving it.

Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, and with all tags attached, in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@rosellecosmetics.co.uk If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how to return your item. Please note that returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (like beauty items). We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us.

Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a separate order for the new item you wish to receive.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to return the item within 14 days, no questions asked. As with other returns, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging, with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
